Technodrome vs. Doomquest.
 

Doomquest actually took on the Dreggnaught, but could he deal with a more powerful mobile fortress like the Technodrome?

I think Doomquest is the most powerful character in this TMNT universe so I'd say yes.

Well ok he might. Doomquest is really strong. He took on the Dreggnaught by himself but the Technodrome seems to have more firepower and is more durable and even comes equipped with a force field whihch might prove difficult for Doomquest.

I would think not. He can last awhile, but there are too many defenses in the most powerful weapon in the series for him to win especially if he is just in a hoovercraft and not a space ship of his own. Is Doomquest the most powerful character in the 193 episodes? I never really thought about it.

No, he's one of the strongest characters in the 1987 cartoon, but the Technodrome is too powerful for one person alone without any weapons to destroy.

It does seem that the Technodrome is more powerful. Now if Doomquest had his Battleship that might be different. The Dreggnaught was pretty big but Doomquest's ship made the Dreggnaught look like an ant. If he had his ship he might win. Doomquest is very powerful. He was strong enough to shake off two super mutated turtles with one arm.
