My hat (the pintervention)

I have a decent Turtle collection, but it's pretty much the same thing most of you have seen over and over: a bunch of the old toys, some newer toys, various posters and comics and stuff. The thrill of the hunt has been long gone for me as I've felt fairly satisfied in my collection.
Recently the collecting bug has bit me for a particular niche. I'm sure you've all seen an enamel pin at some point, maybe even some of the official Turtles stuff, but I'm guessing most of you aren't aware of the indie pin scene. One of the things I love the most about it is the thrill of the hunt. Some of these come and go in a flash, limited to 100 pieces. Some of them are really weird, or follow the mashup Ript Apparrel fad like Krang in the shape of a WuTang W, I'm more focused on the traditional old school stuff, just for the sake of not ticking off the wife too much. Anyway, here's my collection I began this Xmas:
These are the old school official deals, I think from 1988. There are Turtle pins of course but the supporting cast interests me for now:

This one is what initially got me into the indie pins, I wish it said Foot Stinks but I'm a sucker for anything Party Wagon:

This one is weird, not too sure if I want to go down that rabbit hole:

Then came these 3:

I've got a few more on preorder. I plan to keep this fairly updated. Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for looking!

That slash!

That Krang!!! :o :o

Yeah those are by the same guy who did Mondo, I think Slash may be my fav.

Nice collection! I've seen pins occasionally on eBay and have considered them for future collecting maybe, but don't own anything at this point. I may have to keep an eye out for that Party Wagon though. :D

(I wish they'd create some new ones as well. What first got me looking at pins was actually the thought of putting one on my lanyard for work for the fun of it, but I wouldn't want to use a vintage one and risk losing or damaging it. And the buttons for 2012 are bound to come off, or come open and stab me.)

Great stuff my man. I love those classic pins. Used to collect those to.
Got quite a few. Maybe 1 or 2 TMNT. I should look them up again.
Yours are awesome.

slash one is the one i like the most, party wagon comes next.

Bumping! those pins are awesome! :tgrin::tgrin::tgrin::tcool::tcool::tcool:
I found some and so happy to add them my collection too! thanks so much for share!
