What are the best Home Releases for the TMNT Movies?

I've been wanting to rewatch some of the old TMNT movies for a while now (the first film especially), but I've been wondering what the best release for these movies are, both in terms of audio/visual quality and bonus features (I'm from the US, so Region 1 for DVD, A for Blu Ray).

Any help would be appreciated.

If you can find the German DVDs for the first three films, there are director commentaries (plus deleted scenes for the first film, and the vintage "Behind the Shells" documentary for the second film).

This is the best American Blu-ray set.
