Official Ep Discussion S4 Ep 14: Earth's Last Stand
"It's the end of the world every day, for someone" -Margaret Atwood
After thirteen episodes involving space adventures, new characters of old and reinterpretations, romance..... and beautiful animation, the time has come. Truly the time has come for the Earth to stand strong as it's the final countdown in a race against time. With the confirmation of the past and present joining forces by IGN not too long ago, it's a pure race to the end to save the Earth to prevent repeated history. However, something seems amiss for our heroes in a half shell attempting to stop the Triceratons. What events will transpire for everyone? Will history be altered with a confirmed death of someone? Can the space arc end on a high note after another major divide in reception? Only one way to find out if this is truly Earth's Last Stand. Brace yourselves everyone, we're almost done with space! :) http://m.ign.com/articles/2016/04/21...te-in-new-clip\ http://www.nick.com/videos/clip/teen...-414-clip.html |

It's not up on Nick.com just yet. Do they upload episodes closer to the air date, or afterwards? |

If Fugitoid 'dies' will he say the infamous, "I don't wanna go" line?
|
Hopefully the critically acclaimed space arc has a well done finale.

Due to the going back in time, there were temporal copies of the Turtles, April, and Casey back on earth. And because of that, there were two versions of the Professor because Bishop contacted him after his body was destroyed. The previous Honeycutt, took the original turtles back in time so they could obtain and destroy the heart of darkness. A device which he had created, and was plagued with guilt about. Since the heart of Darkness was destroyed this go round they couldn't have two versions of the same characters on the same planet. So the temporal copies went on a trip to explore the cosmos with the Fugatoid, this time, it's a more relaxed journey rather than being saddled with the stress of preventing Earth destruction (possible spin-off fodder). Then the ending moment was indicating that even though Honeycutt sacrificed himself, his brain is still alive. So it is possible that Donnie could eventually restore him by creating a braincase that could fit in metalhead, and making him the New Metalhead. |
OMG!!!!!! that was awesome and intense. I did get a little tearier.
I was right about Fugitoid's secret. So The Character death was. Spoiler:
I was a little disappointed that Mikey didn't hug Leo, it was just Raph and Donnie. |
Well, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time during that episode. |

This was a great episode.
But yeah, our Turtles are technically in the "past" now. While the ones off in space are their past selves. So wouldn't they come back from their space adventures too at some point? Its kinda weird, there's two sets of Turtles and April/Casey now. I don't know how they're going to deal with this later. |

Just think it's now possible for April to date both Donnie and Casey and it be legit.
Don't tell tumblr/deviantart I just said that. |
