Turtle Tunes and Coming Out of Our Shells: Same universe?
 

Do you think Coming Out of our Shells and Gettin' Down in Your Town take place in the same TMNT universe as Turtle Tunes and We Wish You a Turtle Christmas?

Why or why not?

It seems like they could given the similar styles and nothing about the **cough cough** stories seems to contradict each other, except for the fact that if the TMNT had become a successful rock band why would all their "favourite music videos" consist of them singing terrible children's songs in a public park. I guess Turtle Tunes could take place before Coming Out of our Shells, though.

The transition between the two could be an interesting "Tales of the TMNT" type story.

They're probably all on Youtube if anyone wants to watch and judge for yourself.

EDIT: Or even the abandoned Billy Crystal film draft? Expanding on this, there's an entire section of the multiverse devoted to the franchise's shames. Hence making it easier to crossover between Dreamwave and the live-action specials than with Archie and Image.

I've never seen these but I've seen Oprah interview of it.
