Movie Casey?

Did they make a 1993 movie Casey Jones? I swear Pixel Dan showed it in his TMNT Casey Jones Toy from the Nick Toyline review? That's the only time I have ever seen it in my life!

It's from Movie III. The figure is Whit (Casey's ancestor) with a removable mask. It came with the catapult.
