Register Probs

I got a friend who says she registered like twice, but the email for the activated account didn't send to her inbox, and she's still waiting, and I've seen posts from others who joined AFTER her. I can't remember - but an email is sent out to notify the user when their user account is activated, rite?

What is the username of the account she used? Let me know and I'll manually activate it.
