I never knew what that voice was supposed to be. Some kind of mutant?

Maybe it was someone trying out for the part of Krang before they settled on Pat Fraley.

I'm pretty sure Pat Fraley did the voice for those bumpers. I wish they were on the DVDs.

I remember that. It was on the week day airings on Fox. I thought it was Krang doing the voice over.
