The CG Cartoon, and other blurbs
 

I just watched the CGI Cartoon trailers, again. I rmembered a couple posts from UM, Azure said something about the April from the 'Coming Out Of Their Shells' tour was hot, well someone said the cartoon April was hot, then the movie April. I'm not saying the CG April is hot, because she isn't quite human, and that's weird, but she is the best 'Drawn' out of all the animated and comic versions, and cooler looking than the movie and live action stuff. SHe doesn't have that whole 'High-Hair' thing like the movie April had.

Next Blurb: The Next Mutation series, the few episodes I watched, I saw no April, nor did I hear anything of her. So, with the new turtle, Venus (Worst character that could be imagined...) did Venus replace April O'Neil? And considering Mike, classic guy he is, In the flicks he ALWAYS had something to say about April, and yet in this TV show he said nothing about her? I doubt these so called 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' from the Next mutation were actually th real Turtles' that we all love. I have come to the realization that the Next Mutation Turtles are none other than creations created by Shredder & Krang in Dimension X, and the other four are trapped some where...

Next thoughts--- The new CG toon, looks friggin' awesome! Looks like the coolest TMNT creation since 'TeenAge Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie'!! The animation looks great, the voice acting is ok, To short to tell how the voices are gonna be, but Splinter kicks Tail, he already looks better than the old cartoon one. And... Guess who's in this CG toon...And made an apperance in the Trailer?....Oh yeah CASEY FRIGGIN' JONES!!!

One problem that I hope they fix before they release the toon (If they do, which I hope they do). I hope they get rid of all those stupid catch frases, they even threw in a few new ones in the trailers, some were ok, I.E. "Getting the Shell out of here", but another crap dialog was "I do my communicatin', wit' deese."... But it looks like writers already started working on that--Example--

It looks awesome, and I'm gonna tape the eps this time around...since the last time TMNT was on I was like 5-8 and couldn't work the VCR, not to mention I thought TMNT would LIVE FOREVER.... I'm done for now.

I really do like the way April was designed in the CGI clip, and I hope they keep her looking like that.

Nice theory. :D There was no April in TNM because Kevin broke up with the woman April was based on. It did feel a little "off" without her there. There are several theories as to why Venus was added, maybe it was to replace April as the main female character.

If TNM turtles are indeed clones of some sort, I suggest we capture them, and I will watch over them while all of you go off to rescue the real Turtles. Have fun.

I didn't like the catch phrases either, although the one that got me was Don's "Prepare for mega-motification." I liked Raph's "communicatin'" line. It was very RAPH.

Remember that they rejected the CGI cartoon idea. The cartoon will be standard animation by the same people who do Jackie Chan Adventures. The movie, however, will still be CGI.

yeah for some reason, i prefer cell animation to computer animation. Specially if it's turltes. It's alright in movies though, but i don't really like to call it a cartoon...

Alright, so he broke up with the "April-Girl", so does that mean April won't be in other stuff? And does that mean Kevin is Casey Jones? And if so, does that mean Casey and April are headed for the rocks in the new TMNT comics? I think this will be one of those weird 'Ninja-Turtle-Soap-Opera' type things.....

nah they said they want to keep it to the comics, i doubt they would get rid of april, plus kevin no longer owns the tmnt if i recall correctly...

This is off topic but I think that my logo thingy just kicks @$$, just noticed that. Samanosuke rocks, Anyways.. I think casey should go out and get one of those hot actor chicks, because he's all gruff and junk, and they like that, I mean, girls dig Hugh Jackman and he was gruff. Casey would make it big in Hollywood...Maybe I'm thinking Dollywood.....Eh. Either way, April is gonna end up in the sewers and all trashed out on heroine... That's my thought....

that's not like the april i know! The april I know, doesn't really care that much for casey, and the casey i know would rather fight crime!
LOL, for the first time i saw casey in one of the tmnt cartoons. I also saw tokka rahzar, and mondo gecko!
Paul never knew those guys were animated cept for gecko and jones.

Which reminds me, where was Casey in the 2nd movie? I mean, it was cool how Elias Koates and Corey Feldman came back for the third movie, but that movie sucked, I think if they do another one, those two should be in it again.
