According to Amell, Kathy Kane is the focus of next year's crossover.

On the one hand, yay for Batwoman, I guess?

On the other hand... it's CW. Meh.

Don't Care about Batwoman Bring Batman in already. Superman has shown up they have done nods to Green Lantern etc.

They only reason they are bringing in Batwoman is because it fits the CW quota for LGBTQ stuff.

Not to mention Kate's love interest in the comics is/was Maggie, who's a supporting character in Supergirl

DC editorial infamously forbade the two to be married in the books

Now this is something that would get me watching Supergirl on the regular.

She was murdered by the League of Assassins in the original continuity after coming out of retirement. I wonder if that will be dramatized in a way to fit the show.

Probably not. They're going to be using the modern Batwoman, Kate Kane, whose a completely different character.

Babs was never batwoman she was batgirl and orcale.

It was a joke, Auto. A rather obvious one in fact.

That's pretty cool, but I want Batman at this point... They've already retconned that Green Arrow was the first Superhero in that universe.

It would be cool if Batwoman is the mantle holder of the Bat, and Batman was active in the 40's or 60's
