[Edited for a racial slur. Okay, this is the third time that I've had to edit one of your posts due to offensive language. I'm asking you (yet again) to please stop it. I will not tolerate racial slurs, and I'm sure Krang feels the same way. Do it again, and I will report you directly to him. -- Azure]

i think u have a point with all the technnology we have now, they could have made a very realistic cgi tmnts, but they went with what we have now, and if the movie is relased with that look it won't be as successful as they think :|

Nickokapo 07-31-2002 03:13 PM

Are you really gonna listen to this guy? Last I heard, they were still planning on making the CGI movie. MASTA's just pissed they're not doing it in live action.

I don't see how someone could be so upset over a CGI TMNT movie. I think the turtles in CGI will have more advantages than a live action movie using puppets. Either way, I'm going to support any new TMNT projects. It's better than having nothing. ;)

And guys, please don't provoke Masta. That'll just make the situation worse. Thanks. :)

I'm gonna support the new TMNT stuff too, i've been waiting for new projects to pop up for years, at this point i don't really care what format the new movie will be, im just glad they will be back...

Gee...um...sorry, FIL made me do it, honestly!
By the way, i readed your "what is it?" fanfic at fanfiction.net...i don't really like fanfics, but that one was pretty good.

Nturtle 08-01-2002 08:21 PM

 FIL POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow this is the closest thing I've seen to an angry topic since I got here :dead: I think the CGI turtles actually look really good except for thier eyes which could use some work of course it is only a pilot and none of the models are near compete and all the rendering is basic.
CG offers a huge number of advantages especially when it comes to fight scenes(you try fighting in a 50 pound turtle suit  ), I'll admit John Woo isn't a great director but with Peter Laird I think we'll see some great old school turtle action!!!!!!!! :D

I agree to that. Hey, if they can get fight scenes and graphics sorta like they do in some of the video games these days (Dead or Alive 3 for example), I'd be quite happy. I really do hope this movie will be more comic book oriented than the previous ones.
