Anybody recognize the 3rd Shredder in this pic? Where's he from? From the looks of it, I'd say anime.. But the anime Shredders I've seen look nothing like that.

The first 3 are diffrent renditions of the cartoon version and the last 3 are the 1st movie, 2nd movie and super shredder...
The first one isn't Mirage because he has a cape.
My bet is the the third is either fan art or from something that has to do with the old show (an add, a video game manual, probably obscure)

It's deffinetly not anime, I've got the anime version. If that was the version of Shredder I think it was, some magical disc like object in Japan gave him, Bebop, and Rockstedy animal armors with elemental magic, and then it did the same for the turtles. If it's the one before that, some wierd imp like being that could turn into a dark crystal turned him into that.
