Thought this scene was hilarious. And now I wish it would've happened.

Or what if he fed Pigeon Pete rice and then offered him some Alka Seltzer for his stomach ache afterwards?

I know dogs get sick eating chocolate, would a fox have similar problems?

Pretty sure that if the turtles can handle all that pizza then Alopex is probably fine having the occasional chocolate bar.

One of my fave scenes, too, Monty...and one I was so happy we were able to harken back to when Slash sacrificed himself (Bobby's idea, by the way...he suggested one last candy bar from Mikey to Slash, and what a fantastic suggestion it was -- choked me up when I wrote it).

And, without giving away any spoilers, it's pretty crazy timing that you brought up Mikey's secret candy stash right now.

Yeah, I'm sure Alopex's stomach also mutated/evolved to be able to digest chocolate without killing her. We do tend to forget that pizza is most likely not healthy for actual turtles to munch on.


It reminds me of a Robot Chicken skit where Garfield was morbidly obese and at risk of dying because Jon kept feeding him lasagna, only this was a more 'realistic' skit so the doctor pointed out how dangerous it was to actually feed a cat tons of lasagna like that.

You've piqued my interest now, Tom. Looking forward to it!

Bringing this up...looking at that first panel...I want to read through the series again knowing what I know...

This gets me curious about mutant digestive systems, indeed. I did ask about this sort of thing a while back concerning Rocksteady, a human born herbivore mutant. It’s safe to assume even animal born mutants have hardier digestive systems than standard-issue beasts.

Yeah, I mean, you can't tell me Rocksteady isn't eating burgers and fries and guzzling up beer. I don't see him giving all that up just to eat grass.


People keep forgetting that by that logic, the Turtles themselves shouldn't be able to eat pizza either without it killing them. And yet they do.

Would love to see this referenced someday, but i'm guessing she would get crazy addicted to it - like coffee. x3
