The art looks like a mix of Farley and Talbot. Was just wondering if this is an actual full fledged comic or just 2 pages a fan drew. And if it is a full comic, where I could read it.

Looks like McFarlane-inspired fanart to me (with a distinctly very Berger-like Foot soldier in the middle there). I dig it, though.

This was drawn by a guy named Ryan Wilton who was originally attached to Andrew's TMNT vs Predator comic but then bowed out for some reason or another. Like others have said, probably a fan comic or test pages for a portfolio or something.
