Look at the cover. You can see other mutants in the background. It’s clearly set in the main series.

I have to assume that the Nightwatcher series will either be Raph or Jennika in that suit, And the Nightwatcher is patrolling around Mutant Town.

Of it isn't predictably Raph... that's gonna get backlash if it isn't.

The Nightwatcher always seemed like a dumb concept to me. Why does Raphael -- or any of the Turtles -- need to put on a costume to patrol the city? They aren't, like, citizens. It isn't going to matter if someone sees their face.

We don't know if this Nightwatcher is even Raph, It could be Jennika

There's a decent chance of that. We know that Jennika isn't with the Turtles at the start anymore.

The TMNT universe in IDW is so big, That they have to spread it all out into spinoff comics, But I bet there will be some overarching stories that will be split across all the comics, Since they been doing that with the IDW comics.

One arm doesn't match the rest of the costume. Maybe its future Raphael from the annual

There could be a very easy argument that because it got so big that's precisely the wrong thing to do.
