TMNT: Saturday Morning Adventures Continued #18. Preview & Discussion
 

Here's a preview for issue 18 releasing this week.

They're kinda overdoing it with Raph complaining, breaking the fourth wall or acting sick of all the super villain tropes. I get he's faced countless super villain plots by now, but Mona doesn't seem to be enough for him to bounce off of so he's not annoying. It's like you need the other 3 Turtles there with their own brand of humor and banter to break up the monotony.

I know Raph was the wiseguy, but geez, not every sentence he ever said on the show was a fourth wall break or a smartass remark.

I enjoyed this issue, Glad to see more Mona Lisa, I wonder if she will appear in issue 19.

I bought it this weekend. I'll check it out soon.

My thoughts. Wasn't expecting to see Shredder and Krang for a cameo.
