Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m very thankful for all my maladaptive weirdo internet friends! I don’t have anyone else to talk about TMNT or other old ass stuff with. God bless and gobble gobble!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm very thankful for this place too. Always very entertaining.

Did the Turtles show up in any Thanksgiving parade this year?

Thanksgiving is that holiday where Americans eat turkey right? Sounds nice. I'm guessing Black Friday is related to it as well?

Yes, you can also buy turkey and eat it the fourth Thursday in November if you want, just for fun. :)

I saw the float come on tv, little awkward given Paramount or it's new BFF roommate has decided to start closing up the MM version?

Though having Busta Rhymes yelling "break ya neck" at a holiday parade for both Thanksgiving AND starting the Christmas seasons... I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I know most rappers prob have zero actual vocal training and could not actually SING to save their life, but come on.

Yeah it’s a holiday where you eat like a hog for some reason. It’s always the last Thursday in November and is always followed by Black Friday. It technically signifies the beginning of the Christmas shopping season.

 I had the exact same thoughts on both points.

We celebrate the death of Native Americans when their land was forcibly taken over by European settlers as well as our ancestors. And that was after we killed them all with chicken pox, the flu and other diseases they had no immunity to, and then the rest were killed in the Indian wars and forced onto settlements which dwindled year by year as America expanded over the landmass.

But who cares about that? We all just get together to eat turkey with the family! I don't care about the Natives killed over 300+ years ago now, sucks to be them!

Nah. I don't like turkey much. And why would I celebrate the holiday of a foreign country anyway?

But Andrew told me some years ago there's actually way more than 5 Natives/Indians left...
