How do you display your figures?

With something like this?

https://www.amazon.com/BROTTAR-Displ...0F658YXXN&th=1

Or is there better options?

Geeze, I could go on about displays for quite some time.

First, those Brottar cabinets look pretty great and I've been eyeing picking up 5 of these larger ones for some time. If you have a business account you can get a bulk discount sometimes as well. I can't speak to their build quality though because I haven't gotten around to picking them up.

As for my current setup - I decided to go "modular" some years back. Squeezing everything you get into one space just looks like hoarder garbage, so I rotate stuff in and out based on themes.

For smaller action figure lines I use wall-mounted cases that I built black laminated backer boards for. So those cases are mounted on the backer boards which are then mounted to the wall. It really cleans up the display as if "framed", and I rotate 3.75"/4" stuff in and out of. These are older pictures, but right now I have all of McFarlane's "Super Powers" stuff in there.

Next to the 4" case I have another wall case from Blazon that I rotate 6 - 7" stuff in. This is another older picture of the S.H. Figuarts Iron Man stuff, but right now I have the Jada Street Fighter II stuff in there. I also keep a modular poster frame to the left of the case pictured below, and I put a corresponding poster in their with the figures (so right now I have the SFII Animated movie poster in their, to the left of the Jada SFII figures):

And then I still have some Detolfs that I rotate in and out by theme:

I also have some original art and card slabs that I keep in custom frames so they look "museum quality".

Most recently I arranged a Detolf with some of the better action figures of the recent era and sort of mated them up to some great CGC slab covers. I've been meaning to photograph it and make another Detolfed! Post on our social media page where I highlight a combination of display-logic and "inventory".

I buy them, leave them in the box, and put them in a storage bin. Sometimes I open the bin and look at them.

I know it’s weird but I don’t really have space to display at this point in time and I just like to own them for the potential later on.

Actually lately I’ve been opening a few upon purchase and then quickly putting them back in the box. Neca’s “collector friendly” packaging is great for that.

Another example of keeping displays modular....

Eventually I can rotate out the SF2 Poster and figures and go with a different theme - Dune, Iron Man, etc.

The poster frame is a lot higher end than it looks in the picture. It's designed to open from the front without coming off the wall so that you can slide authentic theater posters in and out with relative ease.

I need to put that 6" figure case on a black backer similar to the 4" case to the right. I've held off though while I look for another one so I can get two on a backer, side-by-side. The whole thing takes on a greater sophistication when it's presented museum quality, so that particular case leaves something to be desired simply by being right on the drywall.

There are no Turtles in those cases...

How do you post images?

That's just where I'm at in my display rotation at the moment. This time last year I had different iterations of the brothers in the Blazon case and a TMNT 2007 one-sheet in the frame.

Pretty much the only stuff I have up "permanently" is an area devoted to Indiana Jones and another DeTolf pretty much devoted to Marvel's Quasar.

To post an image you have to upload appropriately-sized pictures to a webhost and then post the "Message Board" URL here in the thread. I used to use IMGUR as a host, but they changed their format and it's categorically awful and borderline useless. Lately I've been using PostImages to host.
