TMNT: Major hit in DK

as you might know from some of the other topics on this page, we're still on the first wave here in Denmark.

Of course i wanted to buy all of them to start out with. But it would be stupid if i could get them for free in presents. So I had to wait for Christmas. I only got Leo and 2 Splinters, and i already had Mikey.

So i was going out to exchange my splinter to another fig. And to my suprise, there wasn't any figs. left in the first toystore i was in, so i got the money in return. I got a little scared, but then i moved on to the next store. Once again i got suprised big time. There was only 2 mikey figs. left and some vehicles. Well, by this time i was almost peeing in ME pants. when i took the next step towards the last shop. And to my suprise hehe(this time it was a good suprise) I sighted Raph, Don and The foot Soldier, But only one of each, so had to make fast movements. Still there was loads of Mikey's and of Splinter, But no Shredder.

When they first got out in the stores nobody wanted to buy, and i thought they'd never break through here in Denmark. Then the show aired in TV, And that sure changed alot. In the first toystore, there was a little boy. About 6 years i'd say. They were going to shop for a GB game but then the boy sighted a TMNT DVD 2K3. And he'd rather want that instead of the GB game but then his mother, Stepped up and told the boy to go get a GB game even though it's way more expensive. (PRETTY WEIRD MON HUH) The boy began to cry and i never saw him again hehe. SO SAD :cry:

Well.. I went to Toys R Us yesterday, and they had a ton of TMNT figs.. Except they were literally all Splinter! :lol:

at my tru, the area that once belonged to tmnt figures is now the place for harry potter figures. :roll: i went there thinking i would finally get the battle armor figures but they didn't have them. when i saw harry potter i looked around the store to see if they moved the figures to another spot but they didn't. they were all gone, replaced by harry potter. :(

Yeah same thing here. Why can't we just get another wave! Gosh. They say we got wave 2 but I haven't seen Hun or April and now they don't even got Casey anymore! Pathetic!

I went to tru yesterday, they only had one mikey figure left.

I haven't seen a Splinter in a store for at least 2 months now :) . Then again, in the past month the only fig I've seen in the store is ONE Armorized Shredder.

It seems TMNT mania is hittin' the world once again.

Every store that sells TMNT figures in my area rarely have any other figure besides April. I was extremely lucky to find most of my figures since I usually only see one of each figure (except for April).

God dammit.. I went to Zellers and Wal-Mart today.. and to my luck, all they had was heaps of Splinter again! I don't want that rat-bastard ( :lol: )! I want the other turtles! I already have Raph, and my brother has Leo.

Splinter is like the only one I *don't* have :lol:

Then come up to Mississauga then.. You might be able to grab yourself a couple hundred.

The comic shop in Colchester where I'm at when at uni did have a load of the first wave figures when I first went in, but the last time I had a look they'd all been replaced with the mini figures (which are pretty damn cool, lol)

I was tempted to get Raph and Mikey to finish the four in the sales the other day, but I passed. Hopefully I won't regret it as I'll be able to find them somewhere else...

Of course it is. Cause you don't live in Denmark. We say these kind of things all the time hehe. Almost all the time. You know that it's not supposed to make sense right!!!
