Do you even lift, BRO?!
I've been hitting the gym again lately. Joined a new one around 3-4 months ago.
It was a good decision. I used to hit the gym around 2011-2015, more or less. But then, the gym I used to go to, closed. I'm at my heaviest right now: 78-79 kilograms at 183cm or so. That makes me lean and mean now. I used to be scrawny as a teenager and young adult. |
Yes, I lift. I'm not a bodybuilder or anything, but liftings definetly good for you.
Im 185cm and 97kg. Just curious, do you still get called skinny? When I was 81kg, people thought I was weak and starved lol. |
Knock it off with all this metric bull ****

I'd love to bet back into my routine but most of my "activity" for the last few years has been calisthenics rather than resistance.
I'd say at my best I was 265 of functional muscle and mass designed to break people. At my worst, 275 of dogshit. |

I‘ve got the CyberCubed stats but in a runner‘s body. Let‘s call it athletically skeletal. I lift whatever is possible with that. |

No, but then again, my social life is kinda dead nowadays. Most people haven't built enough trust with me in order to tell something like that to my face. I got it often when I weighted under 70 kilos, though. How were you built back then? I'm the classic thin guy who has weak pecs, meh arms, thick thighs and strong back muscles. My forearms are rather thin as are my wrists. My hands are also not that manly/bulky. Quote:

Knock it off with the numeric-racism. There are people here who would authentically accuse you of that while somehow weaving in pile-on words such as "misogyny" and "the institutions" and demanding that you dye your hair rainbow colors. So. Watch it. Your measurement-racism. Watch that. Stuff. I'm trying to protect you from the opportunists, but I don't like the measurement-racism, um... measurementism.... on it's own merits as well. Do your measurements without flinging mud. |

I've never gone to a gym in my entire life and I am as fit as a fiddle. I can't imagine people spending money on Gym memberships just for 1 hour visits or however long you stay there each day. I also don't know where people find the time, I hear people do it after work but I can't imagine working out after a 8 hour day of work.
I have remained fit without it. Just think of all the money I've been saving! |

I used to lift. Now that I have a whole bunch of physical problems, I just do light and easy exercises just to stay kind of healthy. I really hate spelling the word "exercise" for some reason. No exercises for me today though, because I have some crazy spasm going on in my back and I don't want to move too much.

Lack of time is something a lot of people struggle with, actually. And the main reason why a lot of people live sedentary lifestyles. Work/life balance is not good in a lot of places. Not to mention, a lot of people around our age have kids and spouses, so that mean even less free time for them. By drinking 2 liters of soda every single day and eating pizza 3-4 times a week? Riiight:lol: Quote:
