I remeber that guy from archie! He was a worker on some Aqvarium when he was exposed to mutagen and turn into that thing... I think is till have that comic somewehere...

yeah, it was in issue 4 or 5 of archie, he's a good guy, and he was an aquarium dude until he noticed some mutagen touched it and became ray fillet. aka manta ray. He beat up shredder pretty good too. I think there was also an actual book with him in it based off the archie comic. I know there's also a book based off the donatello 1 shot.

Yep, Ray Fillet appeared in one of the earlier issues of the Archies comics. He also became a part of the super hero group, the Mighty Mutanimals, which was a spin-off of the TMNT Adventures. They had their own comic book series, and Ray Fillet teamed up with Dreadmon, Jagwar, Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, and Wingnut and Screwloose.

yeah i have an archie issue with hothead, it's in spanish and in pretty bad condition, and it's the only tmnt comic i have :dead: but ray fillet wasn't in it :D
