the only bit I really remember is a very Sexy looking Splinter telling the child-like Mike a story....

Wow. That seems to be the trend with Archie comics. For a little bit it's goofy stories, then it morphs into dramatic stuff. Example: The Sonic comics.

OMG! When, exactly, did this come out?! I collected the Archie TMNT Adventures series from the time that they first came out, and I don't remember EVER seeing these! I'm with J.W. Where can I find these?! I want 'em, too!!!

This mini-series came out directly after the final issue of TMNT Adventures. I think this issue pictured above was the very last TMNT comic published by Archie.

I have been trying to find that issue too but the official site does not have it in the catalog
