well its not a big reply but this guy said my email was sent to playmates. i was planning on writing it in letter for then sending it through real mail also. but i did this first. here is what the guy wrote. nothing great. just said he sent my message to playmates.

Hi Brad, I want to thank you for all the great comments and concerns. I will sent your email to the Marketing Develpment department.
