Is that the regular or mutating one? From that angle it looks like a different figure.

The only Shredder figure I've seen up close is this one:

To me the one in the first image looks different. Maybe because it is a small image.

its a regular shredder because of how his suit is colored. Regular has blue armor and Armor Shred has gray/silver.

It could be the Shredder figure that came with the Sewer Lair Playset that JC Penny sold as a package during Christmas. I don't know if the Shredder that came with that package is just like a regular one or is different because something about that one in the picture doesn't look quite right.

Its the regulr Shredder from the first wave of figures. C'mon guys, something like this shouldn't be so hard.

#1: he sword-weilding arm )(the one closer to the camera) is bent oddly, so that the ribbed shoulder armor (the part molded on to his upper-arm), is in the front nest to his chest. It obscures a lot of the torso and waist, and his head is turned too far toward the rear, making it look oversized next to the skewed body... and his entire body is crooked because his one foot is on the battle-pad, so he's leanign toward the camera.

The colors are totally the original figure. Plus, this is the *lair playset*, the figures on the package are the Wave 1 figures.. because that's when the lair was created/released... in the early days of the line.

I found the original page that the image came from as well as a picture taken at a different angle. Shredder is clearly seen in this image.
