Movie trailers...
I watched the first movie dvd yesterday ( only one I have at the moment) and I decided to watch the trailer that was in the extras...I noticed something weird. I voices in the trailer weren't the same voices used in the movie. They sounded weird and older; not like the teengae voices I loved from the movie, and the Shredder sounded different in the trailer too, less tough, creepy, and Japanese. Where did these voices come from, why were they used, and were the trailers for the other two movies like this too?
|
I think (and correct me if I'm wrong) that the voices in the trailer were the guys in the suits of the turtles...
But, er, I'm not sure... |
Shredder SHOULD have sounded Japanese, he ended up sounding like a Vader wannabe. Blah
I'm not sure about the funny voice overs for the guys in the trailer. If that was the body actors I don't remember hearing Josh! Or do I? ehh i dunno |
What's up with that scene in the trailer with all their shells bobbing up in the water?
Was it a deleted scene? |
could be a scene stolen from tmnt2....u know when...
|
No, the bobbing shells in TMNT 2 had the belts on.
The Turtles weren't wearing belts in the bobbing shell scene in the 1st movie trailer. That scene was definately cut though.....along with many other good scenes like the "Soprano Maker" and Raphael doing Mister Rogers and April & Danny bringing the idea of Ninja Turtles to a comic book company but it was dismissed as farfetched and other scenes! |

(Soprano Maker...do I dare ask what that is?) |

thats what i wanna know to. i never heard of those scenes either... |
the soproano maker is just that...was it from an extended april's shop fight scene.....cause that's where i see it....a tmnt (probably mikey) kicking a foot soldier in the groin
|
I have an old storybook from '90 that has the bobbing shells picture in it.

anyone know where i can see a link for the first trailer, and i don't mean the english tralier. TMNT was one of the only films as a child that filled me actual wonder and happiness, because it was perfect.
