Yay for Mirage/Playmates supporting NA Wood Turtles!

:D I was sure thrilled to see inside issue #3 of Tales that they're supporting the research and conservation of North American Wood Turtles. These turtles are the most intelligent of all the chelonian species. (Mine is a Central American variety) I think it's great they care about real turtles, woodies are one of the most fascinating species. They are able to run rat mazes to find a treat. They stomp the ground to bring up worms. They're a really different type of turtle! It's said some are know to have learned their name!
:)

Yeah I am very happy that thy decided to support these turtles again.

it`s good that they can do that very good

Is anyone here going to donate their money to this project?
And has Mirage done a project similar to this before?

Yours in Style,

Mr.Keith

I'm planning to. I dig turtles anyway, also It would be also be a cool tribute to my baby sister. She's in Louisianna finishing up her masters in herpatology and she dose alot of work with aligator snapping turtles.

I was so proud of doing this again, cause I know they did something a lot like it years ago. But I was happy to see them doing it again.
