I love to cook...

My favorite things to eat are:

-good southern home cooking (Soul Food)
-Pasta. I'll eat that for just about any meal
-Salad. I LOVE a good salad chock full of good fruits and veggies.
-Sandwiches. Cant go wrong on the go.

And for splurges every now and again:

-BBQ Ribs...
-Pizza (who am I kidding?)
-Steak...medium...done just right with a baked potato. mmmmmmmmm.

General Tso's
Sesame Chicken (the crunchier, the better)
Fried Catfish (nuggets rather than fillets)
Jambalaya (made by people who know what they're doing)
Gumbo
Ribeye
Sirloin
Deer Roast (tastes like Bambi ^_^ )
Rice & Gravy (not onion gravy; the kind always served with mashed potatoes)

I like nearly everything, but these most:

gai lan w/ oyster sauce
mattar paneer
pani puri w/ tamarind
fried taters w/ sun-dried tomaters
challa
crabcakes w/ lemon
red snapper maki
laped thoke (burmese tea salad)
mohingar (burmese fish soup)
skim milk w/ cinnamon & vanilla
Maryland fried chicken
my corn bread
BBQ from the small rural places

Man, I'm starving now.

Buslady, McD's burgers are crappy, but it's not because of the dairy beef. lol

Oh, and o' course I like pizza... with lots of dried chili flakes...!

Pizza is a rarity in the food world, it really is. It's like sex -- even when it's bad, it's still pretty good. Sex is sex and pizza is pizza. That's just natural law.

Hamburgers are really unique as well; I'll eat a hamburger from most anywhere. Burger King, A&W, Dairy Queen, Wendy's, non-fast food restaurants...It's all good.

But poutine might just be my favourite food of all. It's tasty, it goes with most anything and it'll clog your arteries faster than you can say "double gravy." Hmm...

- Chocolate
- Mexican (Tacos and Boritos in particular)
- Tuna Bake (Mmm...can't go wrong with mom's recipe *drools*)

Pizza
Hamburger
Chicken Sandwich
BBQ Chicken
Chinese Food
Hot Dogs
Corn
The stuffing we have at Thanksgiving
Potatoes (Sweet and Mashed)
Seafood (Crab, Lobster, Shrimp, etc)

Personally, I'd like to try more fish; I just don't know which ones I may be allergic to. I'm not even sure I can eat Minnesota's favorite fish, the Walleye!
