Guys, Am I the only one who notices Shredder has a new burnt face model? (The one from Yokai episode)

EDIT: It's seriously distracting since his eyes are different from Helmet Shredder or should I say Shredder V.1?

MY HEART!!

Splinter dying... I never thought they'd do something like that. But since earth is completely gone, I'm pretty sure that they'll go back in time or something

And gosh, Mikey crying. That was just.... too much. Not to mention their reactions.

Yeah that what got me, as soon I heard Mikey cry, I broke down in tears.

It kept buffering but I finally got through it. My jaw dropped....total shock. Seriously....I still can't believe what I just saw! Splinter... I'm definitely going to watch this again, but when it's on a site other than Nick's. Of course it's not anyplace yet.

Sorry....still in shock over what happened and I thought the Invasion was crazy!

Oh, I will say this...I kinda hated how Casey was all like, "This is awesome" at the end when the Fugitoid told them that they'll be going on a great adventure. After what they just saw, how in the world could he even think that or react that way? Hello, your nonexistent sister and father were on the planet.

I'm going to say this...I hope that season 4 picks up right where season 3 leaves off and doesn't have a gap because with what happened, they ALL should feel the aftermath of it and continue feeling it since death was truly involved this time around.

They really need some explanation for putting the finales on nick.com before putting them on television.

Anyways, just started watching it and I saw what they did there with where they need to go in the beginning. I'll give thoughts later though since I just started, this better be a good way to top a kinda lackluster season.

I'm going on vacation to LA next Sunday, so I find it convenient to watch it early so that I can just enjoy the trip. I'd love to know where any behind-the-scenes stuff could be happening, but I'll just be content with the cattle-class traps since for three people, this is their first time in California.

I'll have to say, I can really feel for all of the children/kids watching this, and of course this was the best season finale of the Nick series so far, and is debatable with the best out of the OT and 4kids. Almost every major player is presented, there are important back stories revealed, tense battles, kidnappings/trappings, rescues, human panic, and if this was the first episode of the series you ever watched, provides a good basis to go back and follow along from the beginning (outside of some filler eps like the Ice Cream Kitty episode).

Grade: 10/10

Of all the season finals we have seen, this is by far the best one yet.

Every season final has always topped the previous one.

I'm so glad the Utrom are on this series, we are so getting tired of hearing about the Kraang.

and Utroms are normally peaceful creatures.

Just watched it - twice in a row!

- Kraang sub-prime confirmed 2 earth-years has passed since Season 1 finale. If the turtles do age, technically they are 17+ by now!
- Those pesky Taser droids! (anyone knows its official name?)
- One of the Kraang called the Turtle Blimp "a balloon"
- The Triceratons actually have their own language (as spoken by the aircraft pilots), they probably use a language convertor (such as the device used by Newtrailizer) to "speak" English
- Mikey don't even need to be in Dimension X to be the best Hovercraft pilot here
- Donnie to April: We've been hit! We're going down. Grab on to something! *smooooth Donatello~*
- Kraang sub-prime: We're toast! TOAST!! *bangs head on Kraang prime's head*
- Mikey's acid trip! And him clinging to Mozar after that, asking for more
- One of the Triceratons was entertained by Bebop's dance
- Splinter and Shredder taking down a Triceraton together
- Very smart of Leo to use a teleporter to "open" a hole in the Triceraton ship's dome glass
- Rocksteady actually fared quite well against a Triceraton
- As I was already spoiled by the book, my heart literally skipped a beat when I hear "Hurry Saki, we have no time!"
- Words can't describe the imagery that followed...
- The animators truly made an awesome rendition on what a real black hole might possibly look like
- Fugitoid's spaceship appeared out of nowhere to rescue the team before everything is gone "in an infinite gravitational singularity" (thanks for dropping the science on us Donnie)
- Yeah I don't quite get Casey's inability to contain his excitement so soon after the whole tragedy either... not cool, man

Even though he was only in it for a few minutes, Tiger Claw was awesome. He told Casey and April to leave while fighting the Triceratons and he got pissed off with Shredder for killing Splinter and not saving the earth. I wish he left Shredder side and join the Mutanimals.

I laughed a little when Bebop and Rocksteady were hugging and when Fishface kicked Rahzar away into the black hole but he got sucked into it too.

Now that was a season finale!

That music at the end with Doctor Honeycutt felt very Doctor Whoish.

Even when I knew how it will all go done, I was at the edge of my seat when Mikey got capture by the Triceratops thinking "Is he getting separated by the rest like in volume 4 of mirage?".

Also who voiced Commander Mozar because I kept thinking it was J.K Simmons?

Shredder is crazy. He's always been crazy but unlike hollywood crazy, crazy only shows subtly and "I know this button will destroy the world but I going to push it anyway" with a deadpan straight face.

Yes. They really can't dodge subject this time and I want no head canon excuse of
"Well technically, when they travel back in time, the Earth isn't destroy so it almost like it didn't matter"

**** that noise of "it's not real anymore". By that logic, we have no reason to be scare of horror movies.

Michael Dorn. He played Worf from Star Trek: The Next Generation and voiced I M Weasel from Cow and Chicken.

Thanks.

Woah, really? Simmons and him both have this "no funny business" attitude in their voices.

I gotta admit, I was extremely skeptical of this finale, even with the previous episodes beginning with Turtles in Time. Ultimately though...

This was an excellent way to top off the season, easily one of the best of the show by far. It really felt like an early season 2 or even season 1 episode, it felt near perfect. I mean, they brought in nearly everyone at this point, but imagine if they ended the show here?

That thought would be so grim, but either way, for a season that was extremely lackluster this episode that kinda everything better. I look forward to season 4.

Spoiler:
A little disappointed in Bishop though being voiced by Nolan North, but he did okay. I just wish he had a different and distinct voice for him.

it was too easy!! I made him believe that i will help him fight triceratons and while we were fighting together i killed him!!
Muhahahahaahahahhahhahahha he is dead!!!!!! Deaddddddddddddddddd!!!!!!
Have fun saying that when season 4 screws you over with that.

(Note) I went through too fast. It was a great episode, but the season was still kinda lackluster and stands the weakest of the season. It's among the best of the season and possibly the show, but I can't forgive what happened this season. They can still do finales very well, but now to fix what happens this next season.

I have to say I wasn't excited about another Krang invasion, but they upped the stakes and really pulled off and incredible two part episode chocked full of all sorts of new/old TMNT goodness.
