The Legend of Zelda - The Wind Waker

Anyone gonna pick this up? I just put it on reserve a few days ago, and got Ocarina of Time Master Quest for free. The animation looks really fluid and I'm kinda glad Shigeru decided against realistic graphics, because you don't want to see what Link's packin' in Soul Calibar 2.

Though, the Zelda series main strentgh has always been gameplay, and I'm damn sure it will deliver the goods, and stand up to it's brothers in the series.

I'm gonna buy this game sooo much
The graphics are fantastic! I couldn't belive my eyes when I first saw it, and if the gameplay resembles that in OOT, this game's gonna wipe floor.
And, it's a Zelda game, and I like those

Good to see another Zelda fan!
Yes, at first when I saw the debut of the new graphics I was like,"Hmmm.." then I saw the video and everything changed.

Well, I never had any real doubts about the graphics, I tend to put full trust in ol' Shiggy's ideas, although he weren't at the same level of involvement in the development in this game as he was in OOT, as an example.

And YEAH! The Zelda's are great! Just as most Nintendo games, I can't wait til' all these new autumn titles are released.

Well, I never really doubted the game, just change kinda caught me off guard. I also cannot wait to play F-Zero.

Yeh! The F-Zero's are some of my favorite games!
I'm also looking forward to playing the new Mario Kart, then there will actually be coming another Zelda game with the realistic style that was shown at E3, together with a new Mario game in 2004, possibly earlier. And about that time Star Fox Armada is to be released too.

And then of course, I have yet to buy Metroid Prime (although that will probably have to wait 'til I clear SM).

I rented Prime, and all I can say is that 14 hours went into playing and beating only 10% of the game.

Argh, well, here in Sweden we have to wait another 17 days before we can buy it at all! Not that it's something negative, now I have time to beat Super Metroid
But I'm not sure if I should buy M Fusion, it would probably result in me going low on cash, since I'm going to buy LttP: Four Swords, add Metroid Prime to that and then the Wind Waker in two months. It's at the edges of what I'm ready to spend.

Ah, I see.
Well, I'm lucky enough to afford WW. I also got lucky enough to get the very last copy of Master Quest when I reserved it at my local gaming store.

Master Quest? Is that polished version of OOT? How much better does it look?

The only difference in grahics is the that edges are more sharp and clearer and that there is no more slowdown. The dungeons are remixed though, so it gives me something to do until WW comes out over here. (It has a great preview of WW as well!)

Why would he laugh? 'Cause you like Pokemon? As long as you only like the game it's all good.
