I think the Pulverizer will both appear like he was in a future episode since typically the first season of a long running series commonly has characters who reappear later on, and the Pulverizer still has a lot to prove in terms of if he will make a good Turtles' addition or if he betrays them and joins the Foot. He may or may not mutate, but I don't think he'll become the Neutralizer, which I think will be a Dimension X villain who hates the Neutrinos.
