Not really feeling Bebop's shades but at the same time your going for an ultra realistic/modern look so I understand.

Sweet Bolo Yeung in your DA gallery.

That's kool, just trying different directions right now with the characters. I'm going with my current mindset right now but it may be different when I revisit him again.

Thanks for stopping by my gallery

I'm more familiar with that origin and I prefer it.

I'm actually in the process of doing a new Rocksteady image but I just wanted to show the old one I did a few years ago which I still like and still basing it to the current one I am doing.

Man! You are really good, can't wait to see the new one.

Wow. These are some awesome pics. I really like the one of all four Turtles and Shredder in the background as well as the Splinter one. So awesome.

Blossombrooks · 02-21-2013, 04:18 PM

Your work is just beautiful, the detail is out of this world! I can't stop looking at the Raph one, its on another level.

*frank_one* · 02-21-2013, 04:33 PM

The turtle on last picture.. he looks just like John from Jim Lawson's upcoming "Dragonfly"

vshen · 02-23-2013, 03:54 PM

Thanks BubbleShell22 I'm glad you like them. The one with Shredder in the background was a lot of fun to do and I am also happy that you like Splinter because that is how I envisioned him in live action situation if we followed the story of the 80s cartoon where he originally was the human Hamato Yoshi. It is how I got introduced to the Ninja Turtles and the one I am most familiar with.

Blossombrooks: Thank you very much for your kind words and for visiting. Yeah Raph took a while because of all that detail. Stay tuned I have more coming

frank one: Thanks for visiting

I am not familiar with the story but judging the from comic page it looks very interesting

*Slade* · 02-25-2013, 01:24 PM

Awesome lookig stuff. Keep it up. Have to say I'm not a fan of the nose on Raph, but it's still awesome.

I'm with you on the nose thing!

But regardless, these are amazing pics! you can see the time and effort that been put into them!

*snake* · 02-25-2013, 03:07 PM

Awsome pic, just no nose...

vshen · 02-26-2013, 06:41 PM

Guys is it okay to post some non turtles art here? I do have some more turtles stuff to post but it might take some time to finish them so I figured if I could share some other art in between.

this section is specifically for TMNT related art only, there is a non TMNT art section in the general discussion forum, I honestly dont care if 1 or 2 non TMNT pics where in this pic as long as its mainly TMNT PM a moderator will give you the best answer
