I loved the idea of the first 14 volumes having spine artwork that is combined to create a bigger picture. It looks amazing on a shelf. I would love for them to do something similar with the entire series.

Wish the 2k3 releases had booklets similar to the Funimation Dragonball Z orange box DVDs with the character profiles, pictures and episode guides.

I'm half way through the 4th season and having fun watching them (again).

So, a Battle Shell truck for these discs please!
A Battle Shell truck would be excellent but I doubt it would be released anytime soon.

TMNT Season 3 Box Set 1 R4

I would love to buy TMNT Season 3 Box Set 1 to finish my whole collection. I would pay up to $30 for a used one if any one had a region 4 version. I cant find any on ebay or internet

It would help if they manufactured all of the spine artwork consistently from disc to disc. I've got 2 volumes (5 and 6 of season 1) that have the exact same spine artwork, even though all the other artwork on them is what it's supposed to be. It really messes up that 'amazing shelf' thing you're talking about.

For those of you who have correctly printed artwork, consider yourselves lucky. I thought about re-buying another copy of Volume 5, but with my luck, I'd get another one with inconsistent artwork, lol. I think I might just reproduce all the covers minus spine illustrations and insert them in Slim Cases.

I,too, have this issue with my collection. As you mentioned volumes 5 and 6 have the same Raph art on them so they mess up the full picture. I sometimes put an action figure in front of the guilty DVD to kind of hide the error

Also, in my case, I have the Australian box sets for season 3, so I am missing the last two DVDs with Donatello spine art. My line up looks far from amazing really, that's why I am wishing for a complete series with the same design

I was actually thinking of hunting down a correct cover (with spine art) for Volume 5 and replacing the DVD cover with it. Need to find a high res image though.

Sorry to dig up an old thread (again! LOL!), but I have a question.
I realise this is probably futile... but does anybody know of anywhere (besides eBay and Amazon - I've scoured those) that still may have the TMNT 2003 DVD releases.
I know you all probably think I'm nuts because they were dropped ages back, and you guys probably bought them all by now LOL, but it was worth asking, right?!
I tried the link posted earlier in this thread for the down under Season 7 releases, but it no longer works :/
Anyone know of any other Oz retailers that still might carry it?

Yes, LONG shot... I know *sigh*

Try Flea Markets, Thrift Stores, or Garage Sales.

Best of luck to ya.

I have so far managed to get vols. 1 - 14, Michelangelo's Christmas Rescue (the only disc to have S03 E01 as far as I know?...) and actually, as of today I managed to find both S07 discs on an Australian website, and ordered those!! Woohoo!

I have favourited some of the other seasons on Amazon and eBay, and am watching them... some are a bit expensive, others not so. I hope to mostly complete the collection, but expect there to be a few gaps, as one or two discs are ridiculously priced, sadly.

As for the other series, as a point of reference, I have all the original series on DVD as individual releases, PLUS the newer Turtle Van set, all the movies (3 originals, TMNT 2007 and Turtles Forever), and all 24 episodes of the live action show.

So yeah... my collection is slowly getting there!

I wish you luck tracking them down. I held out for the Multi-disc season 1 & 2 sets and bought those as they came out (along w/ FF, Ninja Tribunal, and the last half of season 4). But in the last year I finally started tracking down those Season 3/4 single discs releases. The only one that seems impossible to find reasonably priced is Turtles Against H.A.T.E.

I am SO glad I picked up H.A.T.E. the second I saw it upon its release, as I've never seen it in person since. At the time I didn't have any internet, so picking up new TMNT releases was a crapshoot, as I never knew what was coming out or when. I just stalked Best Buy every weekend. Missed Ninja Tribunal, so I broke down and bought it for $80 bucks last week (I think it'll be here tomorrow). All I need now are the Season 2 Volumes; I have all the episodes on the scattered single-disc sets, but having them in order for the sake of completion would be neat.

Good luck finding what you need, it's rough out there. You may luck out at the flea markets, etc., OR the Used DVD bins at chain stores like FYE, I've seen a lot of 2K3 TMNT DVDs pop up in there, and people usually don't know what they have or what it's worth, so you never know.

I am now only missing the two super rare ones from 2k3! H.A.T.E and Tribunal!
If anyone is interested, I managed to pick up the 2k3 S07 Australian release on this website (below). I have a region-free/multi-region DVD player, and the discs work absolutely fine!
They accept international orders, and I received my order today! I only ordered it on the 6th August! (8 days ago!)

http://www.mightyape.com.au/Brands/T...s-Blu-ray/All/

EDIT: I noticed that the S07 DVDs aren't listed now... maybe I took the last ones?!?! But it's worth keeping an eye on it, as I definitely ordered and received mine from them in the last 2 weeks!!

Yeah, I keep watching eBay and Amazon for new listings. I might be a crazed TMNT DVD nut who wants them all, but $50 is a lot... and it'll likely be bid up. I'm simply not willing to pay $150 for a DVD on buy it now.
If it was $50 buy it now, I *MIGHT* consider it... but not $150 :/
Thanks for sharing though.

The DVD usually doesn't sell for under $50, so if nobody bids around the last day you should probably go for it.

I spent around $150 for Season 2 Part 2 lol I do go crazy with the spending. It's mad that sellers are selling the DVDs on Amazon for thousands of dollars. Someone is trying to sell a used copy of Season 2 Part 2 for $1000 on Amazon.

I noticed about a week ago that one of the two parts of Season 1 (can't remember which one) had came right down in price to about $20-$30 or so on amazon.com. I already have both parts so didn't bother buying, but it was interesting.

Here they are - they've all came right down in price. They were all previously in triple digits with Season 2 Part 1 being something really ****ing silly like $300 odd. If anyone doesn't have these then they're far more reasonable prices than before:

http://www.amazon.com/Teenage-Mutant...eason+1+part+1

http://www.amazon.com/Teenage-Mutant...eason+1+part+1

http://www.amazon.com/Teenage-Mutant...eason+1+part+1

EDIT: actually Season 1 Part 1 is still $99 - it's the used fees for it and Season 2 Part 1 which are more reasonable. But Season 1 Part 2 is going for $25 new, so that's progress.

wow. i never thought to look at how much these are worth. i have every single 2k3 release (except the collected half seasons 1-2 [which in retrospect i kick myself for not buying, as i saw them all over the place when they came out]).

i'll never part with them, but its nice knowing ninja tribunal and h.a.t.e. are worth that much.

I'd sell the 4kids DVDs now because they're probably going to be released again in a few years
