This was my favorite part of issue #25 which was all around awesome. One thing that is bothering me is Mikeys buck teeth, they should of left that out.

Angel is probably half hispanic. In the 4kids series her skin tone was also slightly darker than April/Casey's too.

Did any one realize that this marks the 2 year anniversary of the title? Crazy how time flies.

Yeah, it's crazy. I remember going to get the first issue and hunting for all the covers like it was yesterday.

Im definitely on team "matching tattoos" I think Casey's dad's prior involvement with the purple dragons may be a major reason for his failings as a father. I think he may be trying to come to terms with something he may have done in his past and has to approach Hun to straighten things out.

2 years for IDW and almost a full year for the Nick cartoon.

Hard to believe only a couple of years ago the 4kids series and the Mirage comics were still going.

I am on team "wait and see". It could go either way. When I first saw this image I asked was that Casey's dad or Hun because it does not look like Hun. For that reason the drunken hothead might be or he may not be and be setting up to be killed now that he has his mojo back.

They only look similar when you show the face with certain expressions. When the body type becomes a factor they're not even remotely similar.

The left side's Dad drawing actually doesn't matches with how we saw him in the last issue of ongoing, he don't have that giant belly at all.
I love Santolouco's art, but it's not always consistent. For example there's a panel in SHotFC where April's thights are as big as her waist.

Oh, and in Kuhn art Dad has smaller arms than Casey... what the hell?

But I won't keep posting about it, I think everything's said that can be said about it, and it's just a little more than a week, and Hun micro will be released, and we will see.

I give HunDad theory a definite "maybe." Wouldn't really be surprised either way. The art is too inconsistent to really rule anything out right now, though I will say IDW seems to have intentionally chosen designs too similar for us to not at least think Casey's dad might be Hun, even if it ends up a red herring.
