Match 4 is set and is underway with 2 of my personal favorites. It's the 5 seed pilot against a very underrated 12 seed IMO. 5 vs. 12. Let's go!

Rise of the turtles, no contest. Baxter's Gambit was fun episode though.

Rise of the Turtles was a good introduction, but I don't love it as much now as I did when I first saw it. Baxter's Gambit, on the other hand, I just love, so it gets my vote (explained why when I voted for it last time, so I'll just leave it at that). I don't think it will pull the upset, but I'm curious how this round will end up.

Rise of course. I can watch it countless times.

Baxter's Gambit's chequered walls and floor reminds me of that Teen Titans episode (villain: Mad Mod) so much, so it feels same ol same ol, been there done that. Bit boring.

Baxter's Gambit. Rise of the Turtles had some great moments but it was lacking in the action, villain and design departments.

Besides, Baxter's Gambit had the single greatest Raphael moment in the entirety of Season 1

. The interaction between the Turtles and the Villains was at its best and Xever's backstory was one of the best moments of the season. All that plus the awesome action scenes, April's weapon training and the cool maze design that is a breath of fresh air from all the city, sewer and Kraang locations makes it the better episode IMO.

i honestly think BG was better. i liked the turtle/villain team work and aprils weapon choosing.

BUT since rise of the turtles was opening for this series, i think i have to give it to that. it wasnt incredible, looking back, but it still introduced us to them

Both episodes were great equally, but I think "Rise of the Turtles" was the start of it all. I was even happy enough to find myself loving it from start to finish, especially after reading the two character books released before the episode premiered. In other words, I spoiled myself before the show began just to get a glimpse of what it was going to be like.

And don't get me wrong - "Baxter's Gambit" was also a great episode, but it should have been more. When I mean "more," I mean that the maze should have looked different in various places rather than in black and white checkerboard patterns.
