Indeed. When I first saw that panel, I immediately drew the conclusion that he was Hun. Frankly, I'm surprised so many people were so adamant that he wasn't Hun. Whatever little doubt I had only formed from reading the comments in this thread, as prior to that I was 100% certain of what it was I was seeing.

That'll teach those who were so adamant that Hun wasn't Casey's dad that they aren't always right.

I think it's a cool plot twist.

Although Hun's first appearance therefore was not Issue 25 but Issue 1.

I don't know if this is directed at me, but I apologize if I came off as self-righteous or gloaty or anything similar, as that wasn't my intention. I was just initially confused that so many people didn't want to believe he was Hun, since to me it seemed like that was the entire point of the panel where he rips his shirt off. But that so many different people all believed that wasn't the case was the only reason I even had an inkling of doubt (though I was still mostly sure, just because any other result at that point would seem anticlimactic after seeing that panel).

i get what powder is saying. the debate was raging back and fourth and many were waiting until they baught the issue to see what the truth of the matter was. you posted the link to the preview which was NOT a spoiler, but as soon as you anounced "the Hun issue confirms that Casey's dad IS Hun" you pretty much spoiled the tension build up for some people.

It's based off Vin Diesel's xXx poster.

The pose has become rather popular; I remember it being used for Batman, and the recent BR/DVD cover of After Earth uses a modified version of the pose.
