That costume is actually pretty damn awesome and close to the actual rendered Nick image.

For the most part I actually like the design. The biggest complaint I have with it is the tattoo on his shoulder and his face. Even out of the shadows game found a good balance between the classic turtle faces but with more human features.

Not to mention the nick costume do reflect the overall look of Nick Leo. Same as the movie costume will reflect the overall look of movie Mikey, and personally I don't like what I'm seeing I the movie Halloween costume details.

I don't think the design of the head reflect on what the Turtles look like in the new movie, Humans have round shaped heads most of the time and the Turtles usually don't. Given that the actors had cameras pointed at there faces to capture facial expressions, I don't think they are using the shape of there head to render the Turtle's faces, But rather, To render there mouth movements.

Alright, so according to what they said, the images were sent out to costume companies by mistake. With this logic, the other three turtles are out there somewhere.
