Best cosplays
Thought this would be a fun thread to take the focus off the depressing state of the movie forums... this is a spot for everyone to post some of their all-time favourite cosplays. I know the term "best" is entirely subjective, but feel free to post what you like about the shots you post.
 I'll start off with my favourite Joker cosplay by a guy from the Smile-X Villain Co cosplay group: https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...52532177_n.jpg Every time I've seen shots of this guy doing Joker cosplay, he always nails it, but this is my favourite - I like it because it's fantastically punk-rock but still true to the character, it's immediately recognisable that he's still the Joker, and it makes me wish that we had actually gotten Gotham High. It makes me imagine the Joker in another universe. Just look at that devilish grin - you can totally imagine this Joker beating Robin to death with that bat of his... |

Quite a few anime fans like that cosplay and I tend to wear all of that whenever I go to anime conventions. *That cosplay getup is little over ten pieces to wear.*
I even wore all of that to our last comic con in September of last year.

I wish I'd taken pics, but the best cos-play I ever ran across was at Project A-Kon 9 years ago. There was a group that went as the ENTIRE (Human) crew of Final Fantasy VII. The girl who played Aeris and the one who was Tifa were the best, but they had a guy playing Barret who was actually big enough to pull it off, and Cloud.... His foam "hair" was sooo over the top it was hilarious! And then there was Vincent and Yuffie. I think they had a Sephiroth, too, IIRC. It was great.
