Even in baggy clothes, Megan Fox looks amazing and refreshing.

Vern looks sharp in that suit, I assume he's gonna wear that all through the movie? James Bond style.

Yep. Gotta throw in as much fan service as we can, that way they at least guarantee fan's money opening weekend. After that who cares?

Hook, line, sinker.

Well that's just barely baggy. lol I'm starting to doubt they even understand that relaxed fit pants exist.

Spoiler:
Between the skin tight pants she's always in and likewise the new actress for Karai and who ever else... Hope they keep a supply of Monistat somewhere, just saying.

Just found this new pic on Instagram, Apparently Noel Fisher was also filming inside the Police Station. Perhaps April and Casey were trying to break them out?

This is all speculation of what I know so far, a about a week ago, They were filming scenes of the Turtles being caught by the NYPD.

And this is April and Casey trying to break them out of the Police Station no doubt.

It all makes sense. Casey Jones is Spider-Man, the main hero, April O'Neil is Gwen Stacy, his girlfriend, Baxter Stockman is Electro, a scientist who works for Sacks Industries and after an accident turns into a fly, Shredder is Green Goblin, he will inject himself with the Turtles blood turning himself into Super Shredder, Karai is Felicia, Shredder's assistant, Bebop and Rocksteady are Rhino, they will appear as human enemies at the beginning and will be seen briefly in their mutant forms at the end, and Krang is Norman Osborn, a dying alien who needs the Turtles blood to survive.

Yeah, that is obviously Irma. It's clear as day.
If it's not Irma, it must be Krang.

Who else could it be? Santa? The tooth fairy? Snuffleupagus?

Another random citizen perhaps. Like the one who told April "don't do that!" when she was held captive in the subway.

Yeah, what I was thinking, might not even be someone who's on camera. Unless there is video of acting (which I'm avoiding so I plead innocent for not knowing), photos are (somewhat amusingly imo) hard to tell what's acting and what's just on set stuff sans cameras rolling.

And the Turtles are sitting in the audience pointing at the screen saying, "I was almost in that!"

What's the deal with the TMNT getting captured all the time in these movies. I wouldn't be surprised if they get captured again in the 3rd one if it goes that far. I guess they just like to shove them to the side so they can focus on April and her amazing human friends. After all, they are the stars of the movie.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 only had 2 villains, the Rhino was just one scene in the end to show Spider-Man was back. I don't understand how that bugs people so much.

Hmmm, not feeling the comparison. Rhino, Electro and Green Goblin are major Spiderman villains in their own right. The reason it didn't work in ASM2 is how weak these major villains seemed and how shoehorned in they all were. In TMNT stories, Bebop and Rocksteady have always been henchmen serving Shredder, who is the top dog or who is serving Krang's or is an Ultrom himself. They don't need or deserve more screen time then Shredder. Seeing them and Casey in the sequel is a natural progression of the storyline. It makes sense. Also, if they were not in it, there would be soooo much more bitching from the majority of fans. And not just a tiny militants vocal contingent on these boards. Hate the writing and designs of the first? I'm right there with you. Hate that they are putting in fan favorites into a sequel? Now you're just having sour grapes.

This bitching is akin to MOTU fans complaining that too many of Skeletor's henchmen were in a new He-Man movie.

The Amazing Spider-Man 1 was actually really good. It's just that Sony wanted a lighter tone and they picked the writers of the first Transformers movie for the sequel.

Jesus Christ, HOW are the Turtles captured? If we're talking Nick Turtles, it's a little understandable, but these things look like Hulk and IDW Slash's babies. I doubt they were "captured," I feel like it was Leo just thinking and realizing that they could break free and get what they want at the same time. But then again, the writers don't have common sense, so I doubt they'd be able to think that much.

Also, if you're a cop, are you REALLY going to arrest a giant Turtle? Like, 1. What did they do? You can't exactly go around arresting someone because they look weird, and I doubt the cops caught them in the middle of a crime.
2. Where the hell would you put them? Like, are you just gonna say, "Oh, hey, we need a holding cell for four, bullet-proof, mutant, barely ninja turtles." "Yeah, cell block D would do."

Mikey could have just busted in to save Casey and April. Or maybe he's fighting and it leads into the police station. Or maybe he's been knocked out and was brought there. Who knows, it's all out of context.

Yeah, and filming from a week ago had the Turtles being confronted by the NYPD.

Yeah, them being confronted outside could take place after whatever they shot in the police station.

Maybe, Movies are sometime shot out of sequence, And then they put it all together in the editing room.

It bugs people mostly because it just didn't work - none of the villain characters got the kind of development they needed for the audience to care about their stories. The producers were more concerned with cramming in as many fan-servicey characters as possible and planting seeds for future movies than they were in telling a good story, and the reaction the movie got because of it is why those sequels/spinoffs got cancelled and Sony went to Marvel hat in hand.

Plus cameos & smaller villain/future villain roles for Norman Osborn, Felicia Hardy, Alistair Smythe, a villainized (and male-ized) version of Dr. Ashley Kafka, Donald Menken, and heavily teasing the Sinister Six long before that kind of team-up could be earned.

Well, no, they haven't "always" been present at all. They're fun characters when handled right, but they're not necessary ones - and honestly, odds are they won't serve a purpose here other than pushing the fan-service button. There's a time and place for that, but in a movie already crammed full of characters, and being a sequel that has a lot of work to do to make up for the mistakes of the previous one... I just can't see them helping much. Aside from making some audience members yell "HEY LOOK, BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY, I REMEMBER THEM". But that isn't a story. It's a cheap way to drum up buzz, and that's all.

And besides - henchmen or not, the more characters you have running around, the less time there is to spend on the characters who need it. And in TMNT's case, the key characters were already underserved in the first movie. Except this time they've got six or seven villain characters to juggle, another "new" hero character in Casey Jones, and a bunch of shoehorned-in celebrity roles? I'm glad you're confident about this, but what of this production's history makes you think they'll handle this any better than they did the last one?
