On that note, I'm just going to wonder 'out loud' if the wingsuit Raph figure will really have any actual tie to the film (have my doubts) and associated pantslessness of the figure o.O, because at this point that might seem rather awkwardly naked for the 2014/6 guys...

Amazing work, Calmik! What's the process? Do you lay down a base/primer first? Paint of choice?

That backpack paint up totally highlights the amazing amount of detail the sculptor put into these toys.

I'd love to find the time to put that amount of time into painting these guys up.
Fortunately I hang em on the wall !!!

Here's the full basic set:

Yes, they are pretty cool. I added disguised Raph and April into that mix as they kind of work.

Mikeys backpack was actually really easy. i had a cheap tan from walmart toll paint that i dry brushed on, then i painted the clasps in the middle black. then i used Agrax Earthshade to paint over the top and get more detail.

Its freaking amazing how much detail was on the backpack and yet it is just black and pretty much lost to the naked eye.

Why is there no Costumed Donnie? For the first time, I do want the costumed turtles too.

Yeah, that sucks. If they have any actual relation to the film, other than maybe Mikey for that Halloween bit, then maybe Donnie as might be expected is somewhere keeping surveillance and intel (?), but even then they could have come up with something for him. The individual figures for Mega Bloks that seem to be vaguely related have the 'camo' one for him.

Yup. It was a couple of months back.
Strret date of 10th April is around the corner so they will be everywhere then.
It's also nice to see a range that's getting a lot of positive feedback.
I think people will actually like owning these.

I was messing around with styles yesterday with BB.

Loving this figure.
The BB n RS bikers are awesome figures

I was at target and they had the tactical truck and the technodrome. I bought the truck, but did anyone get the technodrome and says it's worth it? I have the original one complete set up on my custom lair but was looking at the new one. Should I buy it?

Well, with the Biker Raph, I now have all four turtles, as well as the Casey and Kraang I picked up the first day. I was a little disappointed with the flip action on Raph's bike, and that his helmet is part of his head, but I can live with that. I will be getting Rocksteady and Bebop next, though I can't decide if I want the bike figures or the regular ones. I like the Foot soldier, too, but I'm going to pass on Shredder. He just looks too "generic" and bland.

The Bebop and Rocksteady bikes are great, and the figures themselves act well either on bikes or as singles. The Rocksteady is virtually identical so that's a good option, and unless you just really want mohawk, the Bebop is just fine, they both come with the sameaaccessories as the singles. So I'm pretty content with them as the Bebop and Rocksteady, plus their bikes are kinda awesome.

Did you run into any issues with the computer having it street dated or anything?

I didn't have any issues. I bought the figures last week at Walmart and no issue. Today I had no issue with the tactical truck, it was already there on display.
