I'm not sure if the paint is 100% the same (looks very close though), but yeah those are the same as the blind bags that are out here in the USA now. I like them. Cheap, pretty good paint apps, and even have posability.

One complaint I have is I wish they could find a way to make Raph's Sais have the right stability without having to resort to adding those little fins between the blades. Looks strange. I know they use them on the Half Shell Heroes toys but I'm not a fan. It's a small complaint though.

I'd like to see Playmates do more of these.

Course, I'd rather they focus more on collector figures.

I think the webbing on the weapons is a safety feature. I could be wrong.
I'm ok with Playmates stock, as there are a range of others doing a whole bunch of stuff now.
