I have them and i keep them loose. You're right with the helmets... only Leo wears his half-decently. Maybe a wad of walltack (that yellow rubber that you use to put posters on walls without tape and tacks) under the helmets would do the trick. It leaves no residue and pops out like silly putty.

As for weapons in hands, I kept the little clear elastics that came with the figures (Star Wars taught me that lesson) and literally TIED the weapons to their hands. Leo's sword with the big grip around it and Don's bo with the bumpy stuff on it.

As for Armor, the only problem I've had is with leg armor, but if I put the turtles in their poses, they're allright. Again, maybe the clear plastic elastics. I'd suggest maybe an orthodontist's office might have them (they're similar to the elastics on braces)

Let me know if this helps anyone.

happy to help.

the clear elastic bands aren't perfect (like the string), but they do the job.

So far i've only got the fighting gear mike and leo figures, but all their armor stays on perfectly fine. I do agree wit hteh fingers though, they suck fro holding their weapons.
