Heheh... well, some people seem to write it better, like they have a good sense from the 'things'they've seen. Like you... or the 'others'. (Though... I am somewhat concerned about Raka.. I'll just assume he has a reeeeally creative imagination!)

I read another one of Mistress Renet's that had Casey and Raph sitting watching tv, then getting a little intimate and April walked in.
I don't remember what happened at the end, maybe I didn't finish it.
..Or maybe my boyfriend came in and asked what I was reading.. He reads over my shoulder sometimes...

Hey Kali! I enjoyed the slash scene. I thought it was very well done. I am also of the opinion that a certain amount of experimentation could have gone on when they were younger. Sexuality begins very early, and until we're taught that doing certain things is inappropriate, anything goes.

When I first got into TMNT so many years ago I created a female mutant cat character named Cleopatra. (This was probably around the time I saw Cats.) I still come up with scenarios involving her. There are so many possibilities for what they're life would have been like if there was a female in their midst. One scenario involved Splinter walking in on her and Leo "experimenting". I could picture Splinter being VERY protective of a daughter and Leo getting such a severe talking to/punishment for doing something like that.

I'll probably never write any of them though because I don't really like stories that mess with the basic structure of the TMNT.

Heh heh, I have to write those types of things based on what I've read from other writers because I have no experience whatsoever to draw from. Except my imagination of course. I also like to go with the "less is more" method.

Aww.. *tsk*. I usually like reading the Hemingway approach when it comes to certain things (like Sasami's Temptation Island). It's a delicate fine line when it comes to erotica... I guess.

*ponders*

Does the Hum Vee from the TNM have a shortbed storage area in the back (like how a SUV is, or a short bed truck?) Or does it have the feature that you can lay down the back seat for more storage space?

*blinks, wondering where this is going* I don't remember them ever taking down the backseat. But I just went to check my tape real fast and saw that there is a shortbed storage area at the back.

Oo ee oo ah ah!

I have done some much needed updates.

New chapters of Pollygone and Gas Stations are up on FF.Net and my little void in web space. Not only that, but a short preview to Beer, Park Benches and Knickers is up and ready to be read.

Now if only I could get The Scariest Place on Earth? and Bundle of Trouble out of the back of my mind <sigh>

Whoo-hoo! That's what I thought.. but had to make sure.

And I'll try to check the updates when I can, Nun. It's suddenly gotten busy round here now that hubby came back n stuff. (Would you believe we watched the entire first season of the Sex in the City dvd, all Saturday night going into early Sunday morning?)

Glad I could help HT.

Anyway, Nun, I loved your stories. Can I make a suggestion for Pollygone? This is something my dad always does when we ask him why he hates birds (or cats, or anything really.) He says "I don't hate birds, I love birds! Little salt, little pepper, they're great!"

*shrugs* I think it's hilarious, but I'm never able to use it. Kinda sounds like something Raph would say, no? Or perhaps an angry Leo.

Thank goodness! Finally this thread stops talking about slash

Man, I need to read Nun's updates, but I've got so much going on right now. Finals are next week for me!

Nope...but at least I'll be done with school in a week and a half! Then I'll go into a comatose state for about two days. After that, I'm gonna get a job, finish my first fic, and finally get to work on my other fic ideas! Ah yes...I can't wait for summer.
