A REAL Nano figure

Dont you think the Nano toy we got was kind of small. I mean he's supposed to be giant compared to the turtles I dont get why he was so small! I think they should release a Nano that is about the size of Krang's Robotic suit from the orgnial toys.
In case you dont remember what he looked like heres a pic

So does anyone else think we should get a bigger Nano?

The monster is different sizes in the episode though. The one we got is his form right after getting the masks, which is bigger than the Turtles, but not huge. He's not that far out of scale at all.

Razorfist and Stonebiter are the ones most out of scale. Razorfist should be 10" high at least to be in scale with the rest, but there are similar scale issues all over the line.

I would love if they did that also. I kinda like the original nanobot also. Very compatable.

I would also like one. Maybe it can come with extra parts so you can build which ever version of Nano you want.

If they want to do a huge Nano from the end of that episode, I'd buy it. If I'm remembering correctly though, he was HUGE at that point though, to be even close to scale he'd need to be like an 18" figure or something. Which is definitely possible, but I can't see Playmates doing it. They'd be far more likely to just make a severely scale down version and put it in the regular line... which I'd still like, I'd display it with the mini-figures, but it just wouldn't be as good as if it were huge. Actually I think if they're make a huge version of Nano, they should make the one from the end of his second episode, where he has all the ride parts on him.

But if they're going to start doing large figures like that, I think I'd prefer Baxter's robot from "Return to New York part 3" first. And maybe they should do a correctly scaled Stonebiter and Razorfist too. [/b]

Might as well put Leatherhead and the upcoming Triceratons on that list too.

Or, they could make Nano in the 'Giant' line.

The reason Krang's Body got a large figure was the fact that he was a main character in the show. It was released a few years after the show started.
Nano in this new show is not a main character, but only a minor character in two episodes. Playmates made a good figure of it. They made the smaller Nano before it grew large. It makes sense.

I'd definitely buy that.

And I used to have that Krang. Lost it. Kicked myself in the arse pretty good for doing it, too. Man, that figure was bad-ass.

As Gwgtrunks pointed out, they could put it in the large line. Take a look at ToyBiz...characters too large to fit in with the normal line (Attack Troll and Fell Beast come to mind) are "Rotocast" and put out in a different line. I'd go for a hollow-Nano, with standard articulation, all for $20. Rotocasting is a great mid-point for consumers and manufacturers, everyone gets what they want.

I could dig a whole wave of these. Rotocast Nano, Leatherhead, Triceraton, and RTNY Baxter.
