haha. in grade school, i started to influence many classmates to hate cheesecakes. it worked. now lots of people in my class hate cheesecakes.
(i hate cheesecakes with a passion).

Hah... my thighs hate cheese cake!

But Kimchee is a popular Korean dish made of chinese cabbage (or Japanese radish), green onion, onion, garlic, lots of red chili powder, ginger, and shrimp brine. All that is mixed together and then packed in a jar to 'ferment' in the fridge a week or so. You can eat it right away, but like I said, it tastes a better after sitting around a bit to let all the favors mingle.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE CHEESECAKES but kimchee sounds delicious. only oriental food i had were chinese and japanese. oh well.

I had to make a low fat cheesecake at work once... I can't remember what was in it though.
I don't know if it was nice, either as I didn't eat it for some reason...
