Raph: Okay you can stop now. Walk a lap or two to catch your breath and then drop down. You've got 2 minutes to do as many push-ups as you can. And you better at least hit one hundred.

(Sempai means senior student or something such as right? My martial art is Korean not Japanese so the terminology is different)

*Splinter was proud of Machias for the way in which she was handling her temper. Normally if one of his students taught another he would not let them be so harsh. But this was punishment for Machias and it looked like she was learning her lesson well.*

Raph: What katas do you know? *He wondered if she could talk being out of breath and still running*

Splinter: Raphael! I instructed you not to strike her. *He turns to Machias and places a hand on her shoulder* I am proud of you daughter. You were doing quite a good job at keeping your temper.
