*Raph looked to Splinter, remembering the times he had gotten sick late at night, and Splinter always took care of him, rocking him in the old chair, until he fell asleep...*

*machias looked around. It WAS beautiful...She sighed and looked to Splinter, her eyes pleading*

~Splinter, we need you back with us...Please, come home...

Mike: *laughed* When he found us, I wished he hadn't. Man was he ticked.

Raph: *quietly* He was crying.

*his three brothers paused. Yes, a slight tingling, like a pull to something, but what?*

Mike: I got an idea...hold hands guys...

Raph: What?!

Mike; Just do it! *They held hands, making a circle around Machias and their Master.* Now, Concentrate--

Leo: --and journey to the astral plane...*He finished, repeating the words Splinter had always said before a meditation.*

Don: right...

Raph: okay... ~God, i hope i can do this...~

*They closed their eyes, concentrating on that place just outside themind...THe Astral Plane*

SP *chuckles and looks at all of his students.* ~I never had any real intention of not coming home to you. This place is so peaceful *his eyes twinkle* but I believe I would go insane from boredom.

*the five students nod, and with a warm hug from each, they turn back to the lair, when...*

Sp*watches Raphael for a moment*: Raphael...

Raph *turns around, wiping the wetness frm his eyes*: yeah, Master?

Sp: *approaches him smiling gently* You have made me proud, my son...and happy to be your father.

*Raph looks on the verge of tears again, and taking one step back, He goes to one knee, and pays the most respectful bow to his Master, smiling the whole way. Spinter scrunches down, hugging his son tightly*

Sp: Let us go home...

Aw man, i'm gonna turn red by the end of this thread...I was wondering if you'd notice the tail thing...Knowing you (Terran), it probably took an hour for you to look at the whole thing, between getting new tissues and snuggling your son to death...

I loved drawing that, it gave me chills the entire time. Gotta love that raw emotion!

I'll get onto another pic, if i can think of any...*floor bit w/ Splinter looking at us?* hehehe...we'll see.))

*Slowly the others came out, all looking at each other in relieved hopefulness. Machias lifted her eyes from the bed, to see Splinter looking at her from where he was laying down. The others saw him awake, and smiled a big sappy grin. Tears of joy flooding steadily, she reached for his hand, squeezing it tightly*
