No, he didn't. He ate Krang and used spare Foot Soldier parts to create a ship fueled by the remaining energy in the Technodrome and Krang's android body to escape. Bebop and Rocksteady were killed in the ensuing explosion. On his way through the cosmos of Dimension X, Shredder met the Neutrinos and killed them with a random laser he picked up before leaving. ...But Shredder has been stuck in Dimension X before, and always managed to figure out some way to live.

Really, if you think these episodes were really made, give us physical proof, not just the words of some random friend.

dude this guy told me and i also heard from EVEN MORE PEOPLE so many of my freinds tell me that i think back in the day peter laird and the sonic creator were on tv telling us that i dont rember but i think he did?????

Listen, superturtle. Why would you believe some dude that claimed to see something, without providing you with evidence, over an entire group of people that are well-versed in TMNT knowledge? If these supposed episodes were in development at any time (which wouldn't make a lick of sense, since it was the Archie comics of TMNT and Sonic that shared a vein, not the cartoon)....

Why has not one of us heard of it before?

You would think that at least one person here at The 'Drome would have known about such a project going down.

Trust us on this one, dude. There was no Sonic/TMNT crossover. Shredder did not die of starvation in Dimension X. And people lie all the time.
