Error Figures in the new release?

How many actually FIGURE errors have been reported so far with the new Nick TMNT line? Ive done a bit of searching and so far Ive found a Krang suit with no Krang. The rest have been packaging errors (mis-lableings and stuff like that)
The reason Im asking is because I was sent (BY Playmates) a Factory error Donnie (it came with 2 left hands)

Im just trying to figure a rarity "Level" of these type things

PIC!!!
