I have a Genesis, Sega CD, 32X, SNES, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Game Gear, N64, Dreamcast, Playstation, and Playstation 2 (and I'm eventually getting a GameCube). It's hard to pick just one favorite since I have so many systems, but one of my favorites is the Genesis since it has so many great games.
