Will Metalhead ever be used again?

When Metalhead was announced to be in this show I had high hopes that it would be used every so often or have a role, but it looks like Metalhead is being treated similar to the original toon.

In the original show, Metalhead got one major episode (like the Nick show), and afterward only had one more appearance where Donatello used him as a vaccume cleaner. That's right, Metalhead's second appearance in the OT was him being used as a vauume cleaner.

It seems in the Nick show its suffering a similar fate, with it just being stacked in Don's lab with him ocassionally operating on it with his computer. Do you think it'll get another major role?
